Every piece is crafted in our Asheville studio. We melt, forge, and set each stone by hand, creating durable silver artifacts that honor traditional metalsmithing.
Sterling Silver Melting & Ingot Pouring
Raw sterling silver is brought to its precise melting point inside graphite crucibles. We alloy fine silver with copper to meet our .925 standard, then hand-pour the molten metal into solid ingots.

Hand Forging & Anvil Shaping
The silver ingot undergoes cold-working and flame annealing. Using custom hammers against polished steel anvils, we draw out sculptural curves while condensing the metal grain for lasting durability.

Dimensional Texturing & Chasing
Secured in a traditional pitch bowl, the metal surface is articulated with hand-ground chasing tools. Each contour and mark is applied manually to catch light with organic, tactile nuance.

Precision Gemstone Bezel Setting
Semi-precious stones are seated within heavy-gauge silver bezels. Under magnification, the silver rim is burnished flush around the stone, locking it securely in place without the use of adhesives.
